The Baltimore Pain Management Center is dedicated to providing you with the best possible care to help manage your pain and enable you to improve your function.
We have more than 15 years of experience in treating patients suffering from both acute and chronic pain. Our goal is to work with you to develop a plan that will enable you to live your life with less discomfort.
We are devoted to helping you decrease your level of pain, return you to independence, and to help you restore your quality of life. We offer the most advanced treatments in a compassionate, supportive environment from Board Certified Physicians.

Michael Gardyn, DO
Dr. Gardyn has been rated as the #1 Top Pain Doctor by his peers in the field. He completed his 4 years of Residency training at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Gardyn then went on to do a pain Fellowship at the World renown Bonica Pain Center at the University of Washington in Seattle. He has over 10 years of practice experience in caring for chronic pain patients and has performed over 10,000 minimally invasive procedures. Doron Ben Dov, MS, LAc
Doron Ben Dov, MS, LAc is a licensed acupuncturist in New York and Maryland. He has a unique educational background that includes a degree in Acupuncture medicine, additional Physical therapy training, and research experience. He holds a Master of Science degree in Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Integrative Medicine. Doron has supplemented his acupuncture education with training in the field of physical therapy at Long Island university. He has research experience as well in pain medicine. He formed research collaborations with the Montefiore medical center and Maimonides hospital. He is currently a faculty member of Virginia University of Integrative Medicine. He has clinical experience treating patients with multiple medical conditions, but he has chosen to specialize in the treatment of pain. He is a great fit to our integrative treatment model to provide patients with comprehensive medical care. His clinical expertise in alternative medicine complements well with Dr. Gardyn’s training as an osteopathic physician. We are proud to add Doron to our team of providers at the Baltimore Pain Management Center with the goal of treating patients with the highest level of care.
Honey Brojan, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, RN, CNN
A board-certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in pain management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Post University with a specialization in Family Practice. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Thomas Aquinas in the Philippines. She has additional certification as a Nephrology Nurse at the Baltimore VA Maryland Health Care System. Honey is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of nursing experience. She worked at many elite medical centers including Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland, and Franklin Square Hospital.
With a focus on improving quality of life and promoting well-being, she is committed to helping individuals effectively manage their pain and regain control of their lives. She offers services including thorough pain assessments and multimodal pain management strategies. She incorporates both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. She provides patient education and counseling on pain management treatments. She also educates our patients in health and wellness, lifestyle modifications and coping strategies. She implements evidence-based interventions and is dedicated to treating patients based on their unique needs. Her approach to pain management is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect. Her philosophy is to treat the patient as a whole person and not just the symptoms. Her goal is to empower patients to take an active role in their pain management journey and achieve optimal relief and functionality.
